President Trump, as he threatened, has enacted tariffs of 25% on imports from Mexico and Canada, along with an additional 10% tariff on goods from China. Energy imports from Canada, however, will only be hit with a 10% tariff. Willie James Inman has the details. Then, Ontario Premier Doug Ford discusses whether this is the start of a trade war.
